“The goal of the development is to create facilities that reach out to the wider community, bringing people together and providing opportunity to further build the community spirit and overall well-being of people in the community that can be enjoyed for future generations.”

| 2010 | Acquisition of flood lighting for satellite pitch |
| 2016 | Acquisition of modular meeting rooms - pitch sanding and development building of temporary GYM |
| 2017 | Developing the ground facility to ensure that the ground took on more visible and safer place for kids to play in their spare time |
The pitch is now a focal point at the top of the village – visible to everyone making it a popular amenity.
This has encouraged more people to play, practice & run !

Who can use the new facilities
The development will benefit the community providing facilities to Glenville & Watergrasshill GAA clubs, Watergrasshill Ladies club & the Glenville National school
